Frequently asked questions.
What problem does MemeSuite solve?
MemeSuite simplifies fiat-to-meme-token onboarding by removing the need for users to understand wallets or exchanges.
We provide an integrated on-ramp with built-in wallet generation, enabling faster conversion from fiat payments to token ownership.
How does wallet creation work?
Users can either provide their own wallet address or generate a MemeSuite wallet through social logins such as Google or Apple. This eliminates a major friction point, since many first-time users do not have a wallet ready at checkout.
What payment methods are supported?
MemeSuite integrates with 130+ local payment methods such as card payments, mobile wallets , Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank transfers. Payment coverage and settlement speeds vary by region.
How can you provide low-KYC transactions?
Usage of information on the user in apple pay; lower KYC required in general under applicable law depending on risk criteria. Low amounts = lower risk.
What are the transaction limits and fee structures?
Limits and fees depend on payment method, jurisdiction, and risk scoring. Card payments generally carry higher processing fees but deliver instant settlement. Bank transfers are lower cost but slower to clear. Fee schedules are transparent at checkout and can be customized per partner integration.
How fast is token delivery?
For card-based purchases, token delivery is near-instant once the transaction is authorized. Bank transfers typically take longer. Delivery times can also be influenced by blockchain network conditions.
How does MemeSuite handle gas fees and network costs?
Our partner Moongate funds and handles this for the user automatically.

What integrations are available for partners?
MemeSuite is available via APIs and widget embed that allow embedding the on-ramp experience directly into web or mobile apps. Partners can customize token lists, supported payment methods, and UI components.
What reporting and analytics are available?
Partners receive dashboards and exportable reports on transaction volumes, KYC completions, settlement times, and fee breakdowns.
What tokens are available?
Anything on Solana.
What happens if my onramp transaction fails or is delayed?
If your onramp transaction (for example, buying USDC or SOL) fails, the funds will not be lost. In most cases, the transaction is either automatically retried or refunded to your original payment method.
Delays can happen due to network congestion, payment processor issues, or third-party verification requirements. Once the payment is confirmed, your USDC or SOL will be delivered to your wallet. If the onramp cannot be completed, you will receive a refund (minus any applicable processing fees).
What happens if a swap fails?
If a crypto swap fails (for example, when converting USDC into another cryptocurrency), this usually means that market conditions changed too quickly — for instance, slippage exceeded the allowed threshold or the blockchain transaction didn’t go through. In such cases, your swap will not be executed.
You will still receive the SOL or USDC you originally bought in your wallet. Any fees already charged for the onramp or swap process are non-refundable.
Do you do refunds?
Refunds are only issued if a transaction could not be completed — for example, if a swap or onramp fails due to excessive slippage, technical issues, or blockchain-related errors. However, please note that:
Any processing or network fees already charged (including onramp or refund-related fees) are non-refundable.
Onramper does not refund fees charged by third-party providers.
Once a swap or onramp is successfully executed, transactions cannot be reversed.
